Box Score The Malone University men's soccer team fell to Cedarville 4-1 in Wednesday night's conference game. The Pioneers move to 1-7-1 on the season and 0-5-1 in the G-MAC. Cedarville moved to 4-1-1 on the season and 3-1-1 in the G-MAC.

Connor Gilmour scored his fourth goal of the season in just the 30
th second of the game to give the Yellow Jackets a 1-0 lead. Jon Brown had the assist on Gilmour's goal. That would be the only score of the first half.

Cedarville struck first once again in the second half. This time Jon Brown got a goal of his own. It was his second on the season.

Three minutes after Brown's goal,
Nick Astalos scored his second goal of the season to get the Pioneers on the board.
Caleb Griffith had the assist on the goal.

Cedarville added to their lead in the 70
th minute when John Schwien took a pass from Bryce Childers in for his first goal of the season. About five minutes later Childers scored a goal as well, his second on the season, to give the Yellow Jackets the 4-1 victory.

Carter Skains started in the goal for the second straight game for the Pioneers. Although he allowed four goals on the evening, he had seven saves on the night as well.
