Game Preview: Malone

-Malone is coming off a 7-1 loss at home against Tiffin University on Wednesday. The second game was halted in the top of the fourth inning due to weather conditions. Mikayla Fowler cranked her first career homer, while Alexa Holztrager went 2-for-4 at the plate.

-Pitcher Kari Hall has tallied two shutouts and has registered 80 total strikeouts.

-Alexa Holztrager leads MU in batting average (.365), slugging percentage (.446), and doubles (4).

-Allison Mercado and Emily Isla have each collected 13 RBI's to lead the team.

-Three Pioneer players are averaging a .300 plus batting average.

Game Preview: Hillsdale

-The Chargers are coming off a doubleheader sweep of Ohio Dominican University, winning by scores of 7-1 and 8-0 on Sunday in Columbus.

-Outfielder Bekah Kastning ranks fifth in the GLIAC in batting average (.424) and also leads the team in on-base percentage (.466), slugging percentage (.667).

-Infielder Amanda Marra paces the team with 20 RBI's.  She also ripped six doubles and is batting .391 on the season.

-Pitcher Sarah Grunert has compiled an 8-2 record with a 1.80 earned run average while hurler Sarah Klopfer has registered a 6-4 mark with a 2.61 ERA.
