All-Time Series:
-Wayne State: 4-2; Last season, the Pioneers defeated the Warriors twice, 77-74 at home and 86-81 at Wayne State. In their first meeting this year, Malone beat Wayne State in Michigan 86-85 in overtime.
-Findlay: 15-34; Malone lost to Findlay twice last season, 62-50 at Findlay and 70-62 at home. In their first meeting this season, Malone lost at home to Findlay 83-67.
 
Malone Notes:
-The Pioneers lost on the road to Tiffin University last Thursday, 74-67. Stephen O'Daniel III and Brian Stone each led the Pioneers with 15 points. On Saturday, Malone beat Ohio Dominican University, 64-47. Four players reached double digits, with O'Daniel III leading the way with 17 points. Malone grabbed eight steals and matched a season-high with seven blocks.
-Brian Stone is second in the NCAA Division II in field goal percentage (70.7). He also leads the team in points per game, averaging 14.4. In the last seven games, he has scored in double digits six times.
-Mitchell Spotleson is ranked eighth in the GLIAC in rebounds per game (7.4). He has grabbed 178 total rebounds on the season (39 offensively and 139 defensively), which is also a team high. He has tallied a total of seven double-doubles on the season, which is the most on the team on this year.
-O'Daniel III has gone five straight games scoring in double digits.  
-Jay Parker is ranked seventh in the GLIAC in assists per game, dishing out 4.3.
-As a team, the Pioneers are ranked sixth in the GLIAC in three-point percentage (36.7%) and field goal percentage (46%), and seventh in assists per game (14.3).

Wayne State Notes:
-David Greer has been at the helm of the Warriors' program for 15 years.
-The Warriors are returning 12 players from last season's squad.
-Wayne State spilt their games this past weekend. They beat Lake Erie College on the road, 63-60, while losing at NCAA DII #21 Ashland University, 63-48. 
-The Warriors' leading scorer is Ronald Booth. He has tallied 341 points, averaging 15.5 per game and is ranked 13th in the GLIAC in points per game. He has collected 16 double digits this season.
-Michael Lewis is fourth in the GLIAC in three-point percentage, knocking down 44.1% of his three's.
-As a team, the Warriors are sixth in the GLIAC in rebounds per game (38.0).
-Wayne State's record at home is 4-7, while they are 3-8 on the road.

Findlay Notes:
-Charlie Ernst is entering his fifth season as the Oilers' head coach.
-The Oilers are returning nine players from last year's team.
-Last season, the Oilers lost 69-62 at Saginaw Valley State University (MI) in the GLIAC Tournament Quarterfinal.
-Martyce Kimbrough is Findlay's leading scorer, he is averaging 15.1 points per game and has tallied a total of 363 points this season.
-As a team, the Oilers are ranked second in the GLIAC in field goal percentage (47.3%), fourth in three-point percentage (37%) and seventh in points per game (75.8). In addition, the team is ranked seventh in the NCAA DII in fewest turnovers.
-The Oilers went on a 12 game winning streak, but that streak was snapped by NCAA DII #21 Ashland last Thursday, as Ashland won by a narrow margin, 67-64. Findlay then lost at Lake Erie last Saturday, 81-67.
-John Staley is first in the GLIAC in field goal percentage, making 72.1% of his shots. This past weekend, Staley went 14-of-16 from the field, scoring 16 points at Ashland and 13 points at Lake Erie.
-Findlay is 12-0 at home this season.
