Malone Notes:
-Malone suffered its first loss of the season on Tuesday, falling at home to Ohio Christian University by a final score of 74-64
-In the game vs. OCU, the Trailblazers took a 35-28 advantage into the locker room at intermission and then stretched their lead out to 55-40 eight minutes into the second stanza.
-Malone fought back down the stretch, cutting the deficit to 69-64 but the five-point margin was as close as the Pioneers would get
-Center Brian Stone scored 21 points on 10-of-12 shooting from the field before leaving the game with an ankle injury; Stone currently leads the Pioneers in scoring with an average of 19.7 points per outing…He has also grabbed six boards per game and has made nearly 75% (26 of 35) of his field goal attempts
-Malone shot a season-low 37.5% from the field and 29.2% from the three-point line against the Trailblazers; On the season, Malone is shooting 46.6% from the floor and 37.5% from long range
-Forward Mitchell Spotleson notched 15 points and seven rebounds against OCU; The sophomore is averaging 14.7 points and 10.0 rebounds per game through the Pioneers' first three regular-season contests
-After missing almost the entire 2014-15 campaign due to injury, guard Christian Graves has averaged 11.0 points in his first three games back in the line-up while knocking down 9 of 18 (50%) three-pointers

-The Lakers are members of the USCAA (United States Collegiate Athletic Association)
-Silver Lake played three games in Ohio in three consecutive days last week...SLC fell 89-48 at the College of Wooster on Nov. 19, 89-47 at Ashland University on Nov. 20 and 104-69 at Ohio Dominican University on Nov. 21
-Overall, Silver Lake has lost five games in a row
-The Lakers have two players on the their roster from Canton - Forward Tyler Wells and center Quentin Hamilton
