The Ohio Dominican University men's soccer team (8-2-1 overall, 7-2 GLIAC) scored two quick goals early in the first half and held on for a 2-0 victory over Malone University (2-9-1 overall, 1-8-1 GLIAC) on Friday evening.
Ohio Dominican's Duncan Campbell opened the scoring in the 13th minute, converting on a penalty kick. Brent Wahle tacked on another score 10 minutes later, pouncing on a loose ball in front of goal to double the lead.

Felipe Monteiro kept the Panthers at bay the rest of the match, making two critical point-blank saves towards the end of the first half.
Ohio Dominican outshot Malone 15-10 for the game and held a 9-2 advantage in corner kicks. Senior
Felipe Delgado led Malone with four shots, including a brilliant left-footed strike that was barely kept out by the Panther goalkeeper, while Monteiro made three saves.
