The Malone University volleyball team winning streak now stands at six matches after the Pioneers cruised to a three-set home victory over Indiana University of Pennsylvania on Tuesday night in Malone's Osborne Hall. With the 25-22, 25-19, 25-11 non-conference win, Malone improved to 6-2 overall on the season and remained at 2-0 in GLIAC play while IUP dropped to 10-3 on the year.

Anna Hays helped lead an impressive Pioneer attack as she blasted a team-high 12 kills while adding a pair of digs. Middle hitter
Diana Wallace followed with seven kills and scooped up six digs while outside hitter
Taylor Slauterbeck and middle hitter
Lauren Townley drilled five kills each. Slauterbeck also added eight digs while Townley contributed three solo blocks and one block assist.

Hannah Haver was also strong at the net defensively as she posted three solo blocks and three block assists while also adding four kills to the Pioneer offensive cause. Defensive specialist
Allison Kirby led the squad in digs with 11. In addition, setter
Jackie Schwamberger tossed up 28 assists on the night and added a team-best two service aces.
Malone will place its winning streak on the line again on Friday night in a GLIAC match at Grand Valley State University (MI), which has a record of 7-3 (0-2 GLIAC), in a 7:00 p.m. contest.
