The Malone University volleyball team swept the first three sets of its home match against Lake Erie College on Friday night. The Pioneers claimed the first two frames of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) contest by scores of 25-19 and 25-20. The hosts then dominated the third set 25-8 to secure their fourth consecutive victory.
Malone (14-8 overall, 7-5 GLIAC) posted its highest attack percentage of the season at .372, including an impressive .647 hitting percentage in the final set.

Hannah Haver posted 10 kills to lead the way for a balanced Pioneer attack. Right-side hitter
Diana Wallace added nine kills, two aces and two solo blocks. Setter
Jackie Schwamberger dished out 28 assists to go with four kills and two service aces. Middle hitter

Taylor Slauterbeck registered four kills and six digs while libero
Katie Hasebein contributed a team-high seven digs.
Lake Erie (3-18 overall, 0-12 GLIAC) was led by Molly Richardson and Jamie Hoppe, who each totaled eight kills apiece. Libero Rachel Ritt added 10 digs.
