Malone University Athletics

Savanna Porter became Malone women's golf's student-assistant swing coach in the spring of 2025. In addition to her studies, she is the Pro Shop/Inventory manager at Brookside Country Club. She works with brands and brand representatives like Titleist, Callaway, Peter Millar and many others.
 

She has a passion for coaching and is very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of golf, athlete improvement, and coach/player connection. Along with her pursuit of a Business Management degree with a Coaching minor from Malone, Sav is also taking online courses to achieve her PGA professional certification. She has passed and completed her Playing Ability Test towards her certification already which is a 36-hole scoring test.
