Malone University Athletics

Micah is the coach for the Super Smash Bros team at Malone. Micah has been both a casual and competitive Smash player since the Nintendo 64. 

The Super Smash Bros team started out as a club team under Malone’s club Esports program in 2018. Now a varsity team, Micah has been around since its humble beginnings. He is passionate about helping other players to hone their skills and up their gameplay while connecting as a team and community. “Try again, fail less hard next time.”

Micah also serves as the Resident Director for Heritage Hall on campus. He and his wife live there with their two children and two dogs. Micah has served in that capacity since the fall of 2017.
