Malone University Athletics

Derek Sanders joined the women’s basketball staff in July 2024 as a Graduate Assistant.
 
Sanders is originally from Dublin, Ohio. He graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a degree in Sports Management. While at Miami he served as a student manager for the women’s basketball team for two years. He worked closely with the women’s basketball players and coaches.
 
Sanders is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration.
