Larry Grovemiller returns for his fifth year as an assistant on the Malone women’s golf coaching staff. Larry, a retired school teacher (Perry Local), brings 20 years of high school coaching experience to the position. During a 10-year period as head coach of the Perry girl’s golf team, he led the Panthers to an impressive total of seven State Tournament appearances, with a highest overall finish of third.
In 2010, he was elected into the Coaching Hall of Fame by the Ohio Golf Coaches’ Association. As a Malone alumnus (1970), Larry is excited to be back at the school, working with athletes in a Christian setting.
