2018-19: Ginter threw for the Pioneers during his first year, starting off in the indoor season. At the Youngstown State Icebreaker, Ginter placed 16th in the shot put and 11th in the weight throw. Once it got to G-MAC Indoor Championships, Ginter placed 14th in the shot put and 18th in the weight throw. In the outdoor season, Ginter had personal records in all three throwing events he attended. At the Ohio Open, Ginter threw 15.31 meters in the shot put. During the G-MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Ginter threw 45.56 meters in the discus and 48.81 meters in the hammer throw. Ginter’s discus throw placed him in 8th for Malone’s all-time best performance, 6th in the hammer throw and 7th in the shot put.
