TFRRS Performance List:

2019-20: Carmany finished ninth in the mile at the G-MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 4:30.19, the highest finish of his Pioneer career in the event at the conference championship. Carmany also set a new personal best in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 9:05.96 at the Kent St - Doug Raymond National Qualifier. The outdoor track season was cancelled due to the Coronavirus... Named G-MAC All-Academic Team

2018-19: For the indoor season, Carmany focused on the 3,000 meter run and the mile. At the GVSU BIG Meet, Carmany clocked in a personal best in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 9:07.07. During the G-MAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, Carmany competed in the mile with a personal best of 4:28.00. In the outdoor season, Carmany ran a season best at the Hillsdale “GINA” Relays with a time of 16:05.19. At the G-MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Carmany competed in the 1500 meter run. Carmany was named G-MAC All-Academic Team this year.


2017-18: During the indoor season, Carmany competed in the 800 meter run and the mile run for the Pioneers. Carmany set a new career best in the mile run at the Kent State Tune-Up with a time of 4:42.06 and his best 800 meter run time of the season came at the Youngstown State College Invite with a time of 2:08.36. He was selected to the G-MAC All-Academic Team. In the outdoor season, Carmany ran career-best times of 4:15.45 in the 1500 meter run and 16:07.51 in the 5000 meter run.


2016-17: Carmany posted his career best time in the mile during the indoor track season with a time of 4:42.85 in the SPIRE Midwest Indoor Track & Field Championships. During outdoor season, he posted an eleventh place finish in the Gator Invitational in the 5000 meter run with a time of 16:46.93. He also finished eleventh in the G-MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 1500 meter with a time of 4:15.97 and set career marks in the 400 meter (56.27), 800 meter (2:03.20), and the 3000 steeple (11:05.79).
