TFRRS Performance List:

2018-19: Krieger competed during the outdoor season of her senior year. Her season-best 400 meter was 59.37. Ashley competed in the 400 meter, 200 meter, and the 4x100 meter relay at the G-MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Krieger was named G-MAC All-Academic Team. Broke the 4x100 meter relay school record.

2017-2018: Krieger competed in a multitude of events for the G-MAC Indoor Track & Field Championships during the indoor season. In the 800 meter run, she placed 2nd with a career-best mark of 2:39.82. She placed 5th in the 60 meter hurdles, setting another career mark with a time of 11.51 seconds. She competed on the 4x400 meter relay team that finished 2nd, earning G-MAC Second Team honors. She set a career high in the long jump with a score of 4.10 meters and placed 4th. In the shot put, she finished 3rd with a throw of 8.60 meters, a career-high. In the pentathlon, she finished 5th with a score of 1800. She was a member of the G-MAC All-Academic Team. In the outdoor season, Krieger was versatile for the Pioneers, competing in many events. At the G-MAC Outdoor Championships, she placed ninth in the 400 (59.20 seconds), eleventh in the 200 (26.33 seconds, a new career-best), and eighth in the javelin throw (28.82 meters). She was a member of the championship winning 4x400 meter relay team at the event as well. At the BW Harrsion Dillard Twilight, Krieger set a new career mark in the 400 with a time of 58.95 seconds. 

2016-2017: During the indoor season, Krieger placed 4th in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 13:08.79 at the G-MAC Indoor Track & Field Championships. She also placed 7th in the 200 meter sprint and 10th in the 400 meter sprint at the event. She also had career-best times of 8.45 seconds in the 60 meter run and 43.63 seconds in the 300 meter run. During the outdoor season, Krieger placed 5th in the javelin throw with a career-best score of 33.04 meters. She also placed 8th in the 400 meter hurdles with a career-best run of 1:09.20. Krieger was also named a Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award recipient in the classroom. 

2015-2016: Indoor Season best- 27.89 in the 200M, 45.49 in the 300M, 1:02.43 in the 400M, 1.26.20 in the 500M; Outdoor Season best- 26.61 in the 200M, 1:00.13 in the 400M
