2020:
Cross Country: Knoch ran a season-best time of 23:59.9 at the Tiffleberg Invitational/G-MAC Preview. Knoch secured a 65th place finish at the G-MAC Championships with a time of 24:51.7.
2019-20:
Track: Knoch competed in a variety of events in her freshman indoor track season, including the 600 meter run, 800 meter run, mile run and on the 4x400 meter relay team. She set personal best times of 1:45.63 in the 600, 2:28.95 in the 800 and 5:38.50 in the mile. The best finish for the relay team was seventh at the SPIRE Midwest Open with a time of 4:14.54. The outdoor track season was cancelled due to the Coronavirus... Named G-MAC All-Academic Team
2019-20:
Swimming: G-MAC First Team All-Conference Selection... The team of Knoch, Denise Quentin, Abby Reynolds and Macy Williams broke their own school record in the 400 Free Relay and won the event at the G-MAC/MEC Championships with a time of 3:29.46... Set a new school record in the 200 Free Relay along with Denise Quentin, Abby Reynolds and Macy Williams with a time of 1:35.67 with a 2nd place finish at the conference championships... As an individual, Knoch placed 14th in the 100 Back (1:02.82), 15th in the 50 Free (25.10 seconds) and 20th in the 100 Free (56.02 seconds) at the G-MAC/MEC Championships... Placed 4th in the 200 Medley Relay with a time of 4:06.42... Named G-MAC All-Academic Team
2019:
Cross Country: Knoch ran a personal-best (19:56.8) in the 5k race at the Royals Cross Country Challenge. During the G-MAC Championships, Knoch placed 57th in the 6k race and ran her career-best 6k time in 23:34.3... Named G-MAC All-Academic Team
