2018: Mathison returned from injury to start all 10 games in the Pioneer secondary…Tied for fourth-most on the team with 61 total tackles (30 solo)…Recorded a career-high 10 tackles in week four against Hillsdale (9/29/18)…Tied a career-high with 10 tackles and forced a fumble at the 1-yard line in week 10 against Walsh (11/10/18)

2016: Started all nine games at strong safety for the Pioneers...Tallied 42 total tackles, two pass breakups, and a fumble recovery...Recorded a season-high eight tackles at Truman State (9/10/16)...Returned one kickoff for 14 yards
