David Gramlich begins his fourth year as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the Malone University track and cross country programs. Gramlich previously served as head coach in cross country and assistant coach in track and field at Ursuline College. Gramlich, formerly a graduate assistant coach for Malone’s cross country and track teams from 2006-2008, competed for Malone from 2000-2005 earning 10 NAIA All-American Awards including winning a national championship in the marathon at the 2005 NAIA Outdoor Track Championships.
Gramlich also qualified for the 2008 Olympic Trials in the Men’s Marathon. He holds a B.S. and a M.B.A from Malone University and recently earned his level 2 coaching certification from USA Track & Field (USATF).
Gramlich resides in North Canton with his wife, Leta, daughter, Elia and son, Beckham.
