High School: As a member of the Perry Panthers golf team, DeRoy was named Honorable Mention All-Federal League, All-Stark County and All-Northeast Ohio in his junior and senior seasons. DeRoy qualified for the OHSAA District Finals as an individual in 2019. DeRoy won the Brookfield Invitational for the Panthers at Yankee Run.
