2013: Phillips played in 11 games for the Pioneers… Had six rushing attempts for 53 yards… Longest run was 40 yards against Hillsdale (9/21/13)… Finished first on the team in receptions (34) for 560 yards… Longest catch was 63 yards against Lake Erie (10/19/13)… Totaled eight touchdowns, one rushing, six receiving and one kickoff return… Had a season-high two touchdown receptions on two different occasions…Was first on the team in kickoff returns (32) for 745 yards.

2014: Phillips played in eight games for the Pioneers… Caught 19 passes for a total of 338 yards, which ranked him second on the team… Had a season-high 120 receiving yards and two touchdowns against Lake Erie College (10/25/14)… Longest catch was 39 yards against Walsh University (10/18/14) and Lake Erie (10/25/14)… Had 21 kick returns for a total of 434 yards, which ranked him first on the team… Longest kick return was 37 yards against Ashland University (10/4/14).
