Cliff Schenk returns for his eighth season on the Malone coaching staff and will continue to serve as the team’s Director of Football Operations while also coaching the defensive line. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Schenk also handles many of the day-to-day operational duties of the football office.
Schenk is a 2001 graduate of Tabor (KS) College, holding bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education and Secondary Science. He was a two-time All-America Scholar Athlete during his playing career at Tabor and served as the defensive line coach at his alma mater during the 2004 and 2005 seasons.
At Malone, Schenk has served as both an offensive and defensive assistant, having coached four All-Conference defensive linemen, four All-Conference running backs, one All-Conference tight end, and one All-Conference offensive lineman.
Having experienced success coaching on both sides of the ball, Schenk will look to help the Pioneers excel along the defensive front in 2013.
Cliff and his wife, Jessica, reside in North Canton.
