Brooks Andersson was elevated to Director of Football Operations in April of 2017 after previously serving as the head student manager for two seasons. As Director of Football Operations, Andersson oversees all day-to-day functions of the football program including travel planning and logistics. He is in also in charge of all home game-day operations including referees and visiting team accommodations.

As a student manager, Andersson aided with equipment inventory, packing travel bags, and filming practices. He was also responsible for organizing the team sidelines on game days. During the offseason, he aided in recruiting visits, setting up displays and jerseys for the recruits.

In the summer of 2017, Andersson had the opportunity to serve as an Equipment Intern for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League. Among his responsibilities were inventorying team apparel, cleaning helmets, organizing player locker rooms, and assisting in the setup of the Ravens’ preseason home opener. Andersson also attended to equipment needs during practices as well as assisting with running backs drills.

Brooks graduated from Malone in 2018 with a degree in history. He is currently pursuing a master’s in Organizational Leadership.
