Brandon Petty joined the Malone coaching staff in the fall of 2018 and will coach tight ends.
A graduate of Malone, Petty played corner for the Pioneers from 2010-14 under head coach Eric Hehman. Petty, who also ran track, started his senior season and recorded 22 tackles, a pass breakup, and a fumble recovery. During his time at Malone, Brandon was also the Homecoming King and the Dick Gallagher Memorial Scholarship recipient.
A native of Southfield, Michigan, Petty graduated from Southfield-Lathrup High School where has was captain of the football, wrestling, and track teams.
Petty earned a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Malone in 2015. He is currently working on his masters toward becoming a Nurse Practitioner.
