2011 Malone graduate James Zeuch will continue with the program this fall as a graduate assistant coach, pursuing a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
Zeuch wrapped up his excellent collegiate career by finishing as the national runner-up in the 3000-meter steeplechase finals at the 2011 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Zeuch’s time of 8:53.85, earned him an incredible third straight NAIA All-America honor in the event.
In all, Zeuch collected an unbelievable nine NAIA All-America accolades over the course of his Pioneer career (six in track & field and three in cross country). In addition, Zeuch will forever have the distinction of earning the final NAIA All-America award for a Malone athlete (in any sport) since the University is now leaving the NAIA and transitioning to NCAA Div. II membership.
