High School: Gibson was a 4x First Team All-IVC honoree at Garaway High School. He also was named to the Eastern District First Team four times, and was the 2020-21 Eastern District Player of the Year. Additionally he earned First Team All-Ohio honors, as well as 4x Tuscarawas County Best of Preps during his standout career. He finished third overall at the OHSAA Division II state tournament in both 2019 and 2020... Academically Gibson graduated second in his class, was an All-Ohio Academic student, had a 4.4 GPA, and earned the Highest Academic Award in Geometry and Chemistry.
Personal: Majoring in Life Science and Chemistry Education.
