Freshman Season (2020-21): Named a WGCA All-American Scholar... Named to the 2020-21 Great Midwest Academic All-Conference Team... Stadler played 198 holes and 11 rounds. Had 5 birdies and 45 pars on the season. Lows of 32 and 66 putts for 18 and 36 holes respectively. Finished with a 95 season average.
Prior to Malone: Stadler was a four-year letter winner for Huron and was voted team captain as a junior and senior under head coach Abbey Cook. She played as the #1 golfer her final two seasons for the traditionally talented Tigers. Kelsey earned First Team All Sandusky Bay Conference honors this past fall and led Huron to a fourth-place team finish at the OHSAA Division II Girls' Golf State Championship in October. Stadler's low 18-hole round occurred on day one of the State Championship in Columbus where she shot an 82 on the Par 70, 5,560 yard Gray Course at The Ohio State University. Her two-day total of 169 helped her to a 27th place individual finish among over 70 golfers. Her low 9-hole round was an outstanding 37.
Personal: Kelsey is the daughter of Bob and Tracy Stadler and the younger sister of former Pioneer golfer Rachel. She plans to major in Digital Arts with a minor in Business.
