2019: Penrod finished in 4th place at the Kutztown D II/III Challenge and then finished 16th at the All-Ohio Championships. During the G-MAC Cross Country Championships, Penrod ran a 22:46.8 which placed her at 39th... Named G-MAC All-Academic Team
2018: Earned four top-25 finishes in eight races…Finished fourth overall among 58 at the season-opening Wooster Invite…Ranked 11th among 105 runners at Kutztown’s DII/DIII Challenge…Was Malone’s top runner in three straight races…Ran a season-best 6K time of 22:29.7 and finished 26th overall among 307 at the All-Ohio Championships…Placed 10th among 196 at the 5K Disney Classic…Finished 24th overall (24:17.3), third among Pioneers at the G-MAC Championships…Placed 47th overall (23:17.4), second among Pioneers, at the Midwest Regional...
