2017 (Track): Bowman finished sixth in the 2017 G-MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the shot put, with a distance of 13.38 meters. He also threw discus, with a best throw of 34.19 meters, hammer, where he threw a distance of 30.90 meters, and weight throw, with a career best 13.28 meters.
