GREENVILLE, S.C. - The first iteration of the NCCAA Stat Report has been released with the Malone University women's cross country team ranked second in the association early in the 2026 season.
 
The Pioneer women are only behind Azusa Pacific University (1:35.45) in the rankings. Malone had a team time of 1:42.44 at the University of Akron's Tommy Evans Invitational on September 4. The top five team members for the Pioneers are all inside the top 13 in the NCCAA, led by Karrah Singleton (19:49.1) and Elena Price (20:09.9) in fourth and seventh on the individual timing sheet.
 
The Malone men are not ranked yet because of the length of the Tommy Evans Invitational not being at least 8K. Both squads aim to be in the next NCCAA Stat Report to be released on September 22, shortly after the next event for the Pioneers in the All-Ohio Intercollegiate Classic on September 18.
