Malone University senior swimmer Marta Jankowska continued competition at the NCAA Division II Swimming & Diving National Championships in Indianapolis, Indiana on Thursday by taking part in the prelims of the 100-yard butterfly.

Jankowska posted a mark of 58.70 in the event which is the sixth-fastest 100 Butterfly time in Pioneer women's swimming & diving history.

Jankowska, Malone swimming's first-ever NCAA Division II National Championship qualifier, will conclude competition on Friday when she takes part in her best event, the 200-yard butterfly.

Preliminaries will start at 10:30 a.m. with the finals following at 6:00 p.m.
