Malone University Athletics

Murphy, an 1872 graduate of Malone, lettered four years in baseball. He received the best defensive player award and was named to the Mid-Ohio Conference All-District and All-Region teams in 1972.

Murphy is presently a judicial attorney with the Court of Common Pleas in Summit County and is an associate with the firm Vogel and Wilson. He serves on the Malone College Board of Trustees.
