    Head Coach

Easlick was the Pioneer women's basketball head coach for six seasons (1985-86 to 1990-91) and then took over as head coach of the newly formed Malone softball team in 1992, coaching that program for nine seasons (1992 through 2000). In basketball, her top squad was the 1986-87 team that posted a 19-11 record. In softball, she closed out her coaching career by leading the team to win seasons in each of her last three campaigns, including the 1999 squad which posted a school-record 31 wins (31-23 record).

She was named American Mideast Conference Coach of the Year in 1995 and was also a two-time NCCAA East Region Coach of the Year. A graduate of Dover High School, Easlick went on to letter in three sports (field hockey, basketball, tennis) at Kent State University.

Easlick received a B.S. in Physical Education from Kent State University in 1977 and also earned a Masters of Education in Sports Science from Ashland University in 1988.
