Malone University Athletics

Nathan Tarter led the Malone University men’s golf team this past weekend to a victory among a six-team field at the two-day Capital University Purple & White Invitational in Columbus, Ohio.  

At the Westchester Golf Course and the Foxfire Players Club last Friday and Saturday, the junior transfer from Kent State University came out swinging with a three-under-par 69 on Friday and continued his stellar play Saturday with a score of 71.

Tarter finished with a combined score of 140 for the weekend which earned him medalist honors by a two stroke margin.
