Taylor Carpenter, a freshman from Mt. Vernon, Ohio (Fredericktown H.S.), was the only double winner for the Malone women at the Stark County Challenge meet in North Canton, Ohio last weekend.

She won the high jump (4’11”) and the long jump (15’ 3.5”) but also finished second in the 100 meters (13.23) and third in the 200 meters (26.61).  Tayler scored a team-best 23 individual points on the day while also helping the 4x100 relay unit score five more points for its second-place finish (52.30).
