Wilson posted an NAIA National Championship automatic qualifying ("A" standard) mark in the 3000-meter run over the weekend at the GaREAT Open in Geneva, Ohio. Wilson placed third overall in the event, defeating numerous NCAA Division I and NCAA Division II athletes with a time of 10:10.62.
