Malone University Athletics

Rook posted an NAIA National Championship automatic qualifying ("A" standard) mark in the pole vault over the weekend at the All-Ohio Indoor Championships hosted by Kent State University.  Competing against numerous NCAA Division I athletes, Rook placed sixth overall in the event with a leap of 15' 7.25".

This strong performance helped the Pioneer men place 12th out of 14 teams, despite the fact that only part of the Malone track and field squad competed at the meet.
