Haynie, a freshman guard from Columbus, Ohio (Westerville South H.S.), was named to the All-Tournament Team at Gannon University's Gary Miller Classic over the weekend.

Haynie tossed in 10 points and handed out three assists in a loss to Ohio Dominican University on Friday.  He then made his first career start on Saturday and helped the Pioneers pocket an 83-71 victory over Lake Erie College after notching a season-high 16 points and six assists.
