Stone, a junior from Shelbyville, Kentucky, averaged 14.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game last week while making 87% (13 of 15) of his shot attempts.
The 6’8 center went 7-of-8 from the floor on Thursday night, tallying 16 points and six boards in an 86-81 triumph at Wayne State (MI) University. He then made six of seven shot attempts on Saturday, finishing with 13 points and five rebounds in a 70-62 home loss to the University of Findlay.
Overall, Stone has made 63.1% (106 of 168) of his shot attempts this season which currently ranks as the second-best field-goal percentage in the GLIAC (Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference).
