Kaitlyn Brant, a freshman from Van Wert, Ohio (Lincolnview H.S.), paced Malone and finished runner-up individually at last Monday and Tuesday’s Union College (KY) Invitational.

At the Wasioto Winds Golf Course in Pineville, Kentucky, Brant fired rounds of 79 and 84 for a 163 total to help lead Malone to a third-place team finish, at 709 (361-348), among a five-team field.
