Malone University Athletics

Lyndsey Bates, a junior from North Canton, Ohio (Green H.S.), was among numerous Pioneer student-athletes to compete at the Youngstown State University Invitational last Saturday. 

At the non team-scoring meet, Bates placed ninth, among 62 throwers, in the weight throw event with an outstanding toss of 52' 9.5", which was a provisional NCAA national qualifying mark.
