UPDATED START TIMES: Men's Game - 1:20 pm; Women's Game 3:15 pm

The Malone University Athletic Department is pleased to host a pair of special recognitions at its home basketball doubleheader against Cedarville University on Tuesday, January 2.

The Pioneers will honor their 2016-17 women's basketball team that won the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Tournament and made the program's first NCAA Division II National Tournament appearance.  A special ring presentation ceremony will take place at halftime of the men's basketball game (at approximately 1:55 pm)

Malone will also recognize local church congregations during the Great Midwest doubleheader.  $1 admission will be offered for local church guests while pastors of local churches will be given free admission and a special gift.

The Pioneer men's basketball team will open the day with a 1:20 p.m. contest against the Yellow Jackets.  The women's game against Cedarville will follow at 3:15 p.m. (admission good for both games).
